Sparkle & Press Cleaning Services Ltd ("we") is responsible for the personal information you give us. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, postcode and the details you give us about your home. When you become a customer we also keep your address, access arrangements and cleaning preferences.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, and provide and manage your cleaning. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and then performing that contract.

Who sees it

Only us. Our website form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes it on our behalf. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer, and for up to 6 years afterwards for tax and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@sparkleandpress.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
