If your home needs a reset clean first, we agree that with you at the visit, before your regular service starts.
How we price
- Whole home or set budget. Either we recommend the hours your home needs, or you tell us your budget and we get through as much as possible.
- No charge for every little thing. Changing a bed or putting a wash on is free if it fits in your time.
- Extras at the same rate. Inside fridges, cupboards, windows and ironing are added at £20 an hour.
- Your products, or ours. We normally use yours. Ask if you would like us to bring them.

How much does a cleaner cost with Sparkle & Press?

Why is the regular service a fixed price rather than hourly?
Because every home is different. We see yours, agree exactly what is included, and set one fixed price. You know what you pay every week, fortnight or month, and we never have to rush to fit the clock.
What is the annual membership?
A 12 month commitment to your regular service, paid in equal monthly amounts. In return your price is frozen until the April review, you get 10% off extras, priority on the best slots, a free key safe and two free reschedules a year. Pay the year up front and you also get 8% off.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, 2 hours per visit. It keeps travel time sensible so we can spend the time cleaning.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
We normally use your own products and equipment, because you know what suits your home and your surfaces. If you would rather we brought everything, just tell us and we will.
